BIM.permit enables you to check completeness (IDS), collisions and permit requirements. Additionally, the Node-Code interface allows you to adjust the rules easily to you project requirements or develop custom rules from scratch. Software vendors can also directly integrate BIM.permit via the REST API to provide integrated quality assurance to their customers.
At BIM-World 2025 we also give a preview to upcoming feature in 2026:
- BCF-Automation. Issues can directly be created from the No-Code-Interface, allowing to e.g. sort out irrelevant collisions or sort them by specific location inside the model, saving you a lot of time in review.
- Information attachment. Now you can add additional properties to IFC models or map them to other classification systems by applied rules based attachments.
- Catenda-Plugin. Load your Catenda projects inside BIM.permit, execute quality checks and directly report into the BCF topic boards to allow a seamless quality assurance workflow.
