Herten, March 7th, 2025 – Together with Prosoz we extend our strategic partnership to a long-term coopartion.
Today the CEO’s of Prosoz Herten GmbH, Arne Baltissen and VSK Software GmbH, André Vonthron committed to a long-term strategic partnership, to establish BIM into the permitting process as national standard until 2030. BIM will revolutionize the permitting process through automatic code compliance checks and will improve the digital transformation in jurisdictions significantly.
Prosoz is the largest software vendor providing permitting software in German jurisdictions and has already identified “Building Information Modeling” (BIM) as a great potential for improving permitting.
BIM allows automatic model checks to information completeness and, in particular, to the complicance with the building code.

With the detail BIM-Model it is possibile to detect and correct planning errors at an earlier stage, which improves the quality of the permit request and reduces delays. BIM also simplifies the interaction beetween all stakeholders by working on single-source-of truth models. These models can now be integrated to also improve permitting procedures.

In strong cooperation with their customers, Prosoz has developed a customized solution based on BIM.permit which already is provided to pilot testers and will be released mid 2025 as a BIM-modul to the permitting soultions ProBAUG and Prosoz elan comfort.
